A Different Kind of Purpose-Driven Church

Although the evangelical culture is largely dazzled by Rick Warren’s The Purpose Driven Church and The Purpose Driven Life, and although I have read the former and found some helpful things in it, I am glad that there are other books on the market that encourage a different kind of purpose-driven church, with deeper roots in Scripture.
